1. Eligibility for Refunds
· Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
· Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
· Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized jewelry, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
· To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at customercare@shopnaymee.com with your order number and reason for the return.
· Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
4. Refund Processing
· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
· If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 -14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
· If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement.
NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IN FOLLOWING CASE:
Items are worn or used: Jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Packaging is missing or damaged: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any missing or damaged packaging will result in ineligibility for a refund.
Custom or personalised items: Refunds will not be provided for custom-made or personalised pieces.
Sale or promotional items: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are non-refundable.
Incorrect care of items: If the jewelry has been damaged due to improper care or handling by the customer, no refunds will be provided.
